Artist Booth Rental Application

Please note that this is a limited availability event, and applications are open to all. Each submission will be reviewed based on the artist’s portfolio, with the goal of curating a diverse mix of styles, walk-up availability, and competition participation to create the best possible experience for both artists and attendees.

Discounted hotel rates will be available for participating artists—more details coming soon!

The cost for renting a booth at the convention.
Please enter license numbers for all participating artists. If your State does not require a license, you will be issued a MO Temp License on site. If this applies, please let us know which state you are from.
Please provide names and links to other portfolios. Every applicant must be reviewed individually for attendance.

Out of State Applicants

Out-of-state tattoo artist applicants must obtain a Temporary Practitioner’s License to tattoo in Missouri. To begin the process, please follow the button below to access the required application form. Applicants are responsible for printing, completing, and mailing the form to the Missouri Division of Professional Registration. The completed application must be submitted at least 45 days prior to the event to allow for adequate processing time by the state. Failure to meet this deadline may result in being unable to participate in the event.
